Draft agreement — have qualified counsel finalize governing law, PDPL alignment, indemnities, and dispute clauses.

Terms of service
These Terms apply to websites, onboarding flows, and software provided by Cited ("Services"). By registering or using the Services, Customer agrees to these Terms on its own behalf and, where applicable, on behalf of its organisation.

1. Eligibility

Customer confirms it has authority to bind any company or affiliate it represents.

2. Services

Cited delivers hosted software for monitoring AI-mediated product discovery—benchmarking, analytics, recommendations, prompts, integrations, billing tools, observability, pilots, documentation, and related support work.

Features may roll out in phases with an initial focus on teams operating in Saudi Arabia.

3. Licence

Subject to payment and compliance, Cited grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Services for internal ecommerce visibility programmes.

4. Customer obligations

  • Protect account credentials and notify Cited of suspected compromise.
  • Provide accurate commerce data and confirm rights to synchronise or upload it.
  • Comply with applicable laws, including consumer commerce rules relevant to Saudi Arabia.
  • Refrain from unlawful interference with Cited systems, unauthorised resale of access, or penetration testing without written approval.

5. Fees

Charges follow Customer selections at checkout plus applicable taxes presented at purchase.

6. Intellectual property

Cited retains rights to software, analytics frameworks, templates, brand assets, and aggregated insights that do not identify Customer.

Customer retains rights to commerce data it supplies except as described in order forms or data-processing addenda.

7. Confidentiality and data

Supplemental confidentiality and data-processing documents control how each party handles sensitive information.

8. Disclaimer

Services rely on third-party assistants whose behaviour changes frequently. Signals are directional, not guarantees about placement or citations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from these Terms caps at fees paid during the twelve months before the claim.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages unless such limitations are prohibited.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate for uncured material breach after reasonable notice, subject to accrued payment obligations.

11. Updates

Cited may post revised Terms materially with reasonable notice via product surfaces or email.

12. Contact

Contractual notices may be routed to founders@cited.ai pending formal corporate designation.
